I have been visiting the Sunshine Coast since a graduate school in Creative Writing at UBC in the 80s. I try to visit at least once a year and brought my comedy improv act up there about three years ago. That's far too long between visit. I am now trying to figure out how I can make a living on the Sunshine Coast starting this fall at the latest so I will never have to leave your part of the world again. I've also managed apartment communities ranging in size from 35 to 200 units throughout Los Angeles, including Hollywood and Westwood, an exclusive neighborhood near UCLA. I did all the minor maintenance and wrote the ads for local newspapers. Perhaps there is an apartment management opportunity on the Sunshine Coast? Unlikely, I know but unless I win the California lottery I'll never get to call the Sunshine Coast "home". If you are very, very likely you will find yourself visiting a place that makes you happier than you've ever been. Happy just by walking down the streets. Happy by meeting the people in this Wonderland. The Sunshine Coast is just this kind of Wonderland for me. And you get to call it home every day of your life. How lucky are you?
